Return Eligibility
OrganNest offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days. To be eligible, the item must be returned in a clean, complete, and acceptable condition. The return request should be submitted within the return window and must include enough order information for our team to locate the purchase.
Eligible items may include closet organizers, storage bags, hangers, food containers, drawer trays, shower caddies, laundry hampers, shoe racks, and storage bins when they meet the condition standards described below.
Returns must be reviewed and approved before items are sent back. Please do not send items without return instructions from OrganNest support.
Item Condition
Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, complete, and returned with original packaging when available. Product components, accessories, inserts, manuals, labels, and protective materials should be included if they arrived with the order.
- Storage bins, drawer trays, and food containers should be clean and free from residue, stains, odors, or heavy wear.
- Closet organizers, shoe racks, and shower caddies should not show signs of installation damage, misuse, bending, or missing pieces.
- Storage bags, hangers, and laundry hampers should be returned without stains, tears, strong odors, or visible household contamination.
- Packaging does not need to be perfect, but the item should be protected well enough to avoid damage during return transit.
Return Limits
Some items may not qualify for return if they are used beyond normal inspection, damaged after delivery, missing key parts, exposed to unsanitary conditions, or returned outside the 30-day window. We may also decline returns that cannot be connected to a valid OrganNest order.
Items that have been heavily used, altered, washed against care guidance, installed in a way that damages the product, or returned with missing components may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund posting time can vary based on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Original checkout details must match the order record before a refund can be completed.
If a returned item is incomplete, damaged, visibly used, or different from the approved return request, the refund may be delayed, adjusted, or declined after review.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days for eligible items when the requested replacement is in stock. This is helpful when a storage product is the wrong size, does not fit the intended space, or needs to be swapped for a more practical option.
For the best result, confirm measurements before requesting an exchange. Measure closet depth, shelf width, drawer height, under-sink clearance, pantry space, laundry area dimensions, and entryway floor space when choosing organizers, bins, caddies, racks, or trays.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support as soon as possible. Include clear photos of the product, shipping package, label, and any visible issue. This helps us verify the problem and recommend the correct resolution.
Please keep the item and packaging until our team has reviewed the case. Discarding packaging too early may make it harder to confirm shipping damage or missing components.
